90cm x90cm canvas painting with oil crayon and marker overlays. Side painted with hanging wires, no frame required to hang.
The Russian-French painter Marc Chagall said 'all colors are the friends of their neighbors and the lovers of their opposites'. This painting, for me, proves that to be true. This is a work with a great deal of depth and complexity and the last of a series of three and my favourite of those works. The other paintings are now in private collections in San Francisco and Southern England.
